How does my Virtual Office operate, what other on-site services can you provide?

Your Virtual Office if a fully automated system, that is available to your clients on a 24/7 basis, and will automatically forward all your incoming calls and faxes to your email box, wherever on the planet that might be. Messages are sent to you as email attachments. You can listen to your messages through your computer's speakers and read your faxes as a PDF document. It's that easy!

In addition to our automated electronic services we also offer on-site support for our customers when they are visiting the country. These services are not included in the monthly fee, and will be billed separately according to your needs. Our services range from basic secretarial and messenger services, to document translations, conference room, and computer and Internet access, etc. If required we also can arrange for VIP private security escort service for airport/city transportation with level IAC IV/B5 armored bulletproof cars, with trained private armed guards in order to create a security ring for you as needed. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you will require any of our additional services so we can arrange everything to be ready at your arrival.
